When will I get my e-bike?
Can you ship the e-bike directly to me?
Yes, we can ship the e-bike directly to you upon request. This service is included in our Cover+ plan. However, please note that you will responsible for the shipping costs + additional handling and logistics expenses.
Are there any additional fees associated with my subscription?
While your plan provides comprehensive coverage for hassle-free riding, here's a brief overview of potential additional fees:
- Deposit:
A refundable deposit is required at sign-up and will be returned upon the satisfactory return of the bike. This requirement does not apply to corporate subscription riders.
- Deductible:
Your deductible amount depends on your selected plan. It applies in cases such as theft, total loss, significant repairs, or any instance where the bike cannot be recovered or repaired.
- Admin Fee:
Rybit charges an admin fee for specific activities, including theft processing or rescheduling appointments for no-shows. The admin fee varies based on your plan.
If I choose the annual plan, can I pay the full price upfront?
Certainly! Opting for the annual plan grants you the opportunity to pay the full price upfront. This option not only provides the same benefits as the monthly subscription but also saves you money in the long run.
