If you're experiencing issues with your VanMoof S3 or X3, performing a system restart can often resolve the problem. Follow the steps below to system restart your VanMoof S3 and X3.
Before you begin, make sure your bike is powered on before starting the system restart process. If your bike is disconnected from the app, connect it before the restart.
Step 1: Open the VanMoof app.
Step 2: Go to Garage.
Step 3: Select the Settings button.
Step 4: Scroll down and choose System Restart.
Step 5: Wait until the boat appears on your matrix display and your bike fully reboots.
