New service hubs
We've opened three service hubs in San Francisco, Seattle and New York City – and stocked them to the brim with official parts. Renovations are still under way, but we're already open for service.
No more waiting...
We've increased our repair capacity. All of our hubs have 32 repair slots a day available for subscription riders. Together with our priority repair service for corporate riders, we were able to bring down average repair time to just 2 days. Book your repair appointment

Swap your ride
We'll be launching an all new bike swap program. If we can’t fix it on the spot, we’ll swap it. That way you’ll never be without a working ride.
Expanding service reach
For riders outside of our service cities, we are working to expand our network of certified partners. We've just signed our first partner in LA, more will follow.
