How and where do I return my e-bike after I am ready to cancel my subscription?
When you're ready to cancel your subscription, you can schedule your return by reaching out to our support team. Please use our support form and our team will get back to you within 24 hours!
Please note that we will only process your return if you have reached the minimum contract duration or have a valid reason, such as relocation.
What happens if I move outside of the current service area?
If you plan to move outside of our current service area, we kindly request that you return the bike to the nearest hub. Regrettably, we are unable to offer support beyond our designated service boundaries.
I live outside of the current service area, can I still return?
At the moment, we can only accept returns in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York, as well as at our Partner Workshop in Los Angeles.
