Lease-to-Own Program
Q: What is the Lease-to-Own program?
A: The Lease-to-Own program allows you to lease an e-bike with an option to purchase it at the end of a 36-month period. You make an initial €600 down payment and then pay monthly installments over 36 months. At the end of the term, the bike is yours to keep.
Q: What is the initial down payment required for the Lease-to-Own program?
A: A €600 down payment is required before September 30th, 2024, to secure your bike under the Lease-to-Own program.
Q: How do I make payments under the Lease-to-Own program?
A: After the initial down payment, you will make monthly payments for 36 months. All payments are made directly to Rybit.
Q: Can I use Amazon commuting benefits with the Lease-to-Own program?
A: Yes, you can use Amazon commuting benefits to cover the monthly payments for the Lease-to-Own program. Submit the invoice for each monthly payment to Amazon for reimbursement.
Q: What if I want to terminate my Lease-to-Own contract early?
A: Early termination is possible after completing at least 12 months of the lease. You must notify Rybit, obtain approval, and pay a higher monthly subscription fee for the remaining period. The bike must be returned in good condition.

A: Amazon employees in Luxembourg can use their commuting benefit to cover the monthly fees for the Lease-to-Own program. After making each monthly payment to Rybit, you can submit the invoice to Amazon for reimbursement under their commuting benefits scheme.

A: If you are unable to continue with the payments, you can terminate the contract early after 12 months.
