Do I need to be a courier to rent a bike?
Yes, you need to be able to prove you are a delivery rider, riding for a recognised delivery company. Usually this involves uploading a screenshot from your delivery app (for example, Doordash, Uber Eats, Grubhub).
What’s included with my bike subscription?
The bike, one battery, one battery charger, and one U-lock - Also included, free general maintenance throughout the rental period - General maintenance covers reasonable wear and tear and does not include damage caused during accidents/crashes
How long can I rent the bike for?
There is no maximum length of time, but you must pay for all rent up front. So if you select a 4 weeks period, you must pay for 4 weeks rent and the deposit before taking the bike. If you want to change the plan period or return the bike, it must be done up to the last day of the rental period.

What documents will I need to bring along to rent a bike?
Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID to your pick up appointment. This could be a Passport, UK drivers license or UK ID.
Is the rent refundable?
No. Once you have paid for a rental period, if you decide to return the bike early, any unused rent cannot be refunded. We can however keep it on your account to be used anytime within the next 6 months from the payment date.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
Rybit recommends that riders always wear a helmet when using the bike.
