There are two simple ways to get reimbursed for riding with Rybit:
1. Employer-Sponsored Commuter Benefits
If your employer offers a commuter benefits program, you may be eligible for a monthly pre-tax reimbursement when you use Rybit for your commute.
2. The Rybit Reimbursement Program
If your employer doesn’t provide commuter benefits, you can enroll in the Rybit Reimbursement Program and receive reimbursement directly from Rybit for riding to work.

How does it work?
Your employer provides you with a set monthly amount to cover commute-related expenses, including e-bike subscriptions like Rybit x VanMoof.
How do I get reimbursed for my Subscription?
You can download your monthly invoice directly from the Rybit x VanMoof app and submit it to your program representative for reimbursement.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available in the Rybit x VanMoof app. Simply navigate to the "Account" section, where you can download and share your invoice.
What should I do if I need help with the reimbursement process?
If you encounter any issues with downloading or submitting your invoice, contact the Rybit support team for assistance. For reimbursement questions, please reach out to your program representative.
Rybit Reimbursement Program
If your employer doesn’t offer a commuter reimbursement plan, you might qualify for Rybit’s reimbursement program.
Please note, only VanMoof E-bikes are eligible for the Rybit self reimbursement program.

How do Rybit reimbursements work?
Once we install a Rybit tag on your bike, it links to the Rybit app, allowing you to log your commutes and receive daily reimbursements. Simply log your bike’s location in the app when you reach your campus, and you’ll be reimbursed for that day’s trip.
To get started, just let us know when you pick up your bike (or beforehand) that you’d like to participate in the reimbursement program. We'll make sure everything is set up for you!
When are reimbursements paid out?
We aim to pay out all reimbursements by the 15th of the following month. Occasionally, there may be minor delays due to weekends, holidays, or processing times, but we always do our best to get payments out as quickly as possible.
